She has 9 years of experience in planning, organizing and conducting conferences and events in Norway and abroad, including working for Thon Hotels and for event companies in Sydney, Australia.
Tonje has a Bachelor in Tourism and a Masters Degree in Event Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.
