The industry’s most important meeting place
The petroleum sector is Norway’s most important industry, and is constantly developing. The Norwegian Petroleum Society (NPF) is a membership body for people interested in the country’s oil and gas activities.
NPF provides the industry’s most important meeting places for professional discussion and exchange of new knowledge – independent of financial and political interests. This status reflects our independence and our extensive network of local chapters.
We helped to found ONS – ranked among one of the world’s leading petroleum conferences. We have also sponsored the establishment of The Norwegian Petroleum Museum which is based in Stavanger.
