Driving Transformation in the Energy Industry
Secure your seats today!
About the Conference
Digital Collaboration 2025 brings together leaders, experts, and innovators to explore how we can accelerate digital transformation in the energy industry. Despite significant investment, much potential remains untapped, especially when it comes to leveraging cross-industry collaboration.
This conference focuses on the future of operations and decision-making, where artificial intelligence and human expertise must work hand in hand. As new ways of working and business models emerge, technology must be shaped with human limitations in mind. Through shared experiences, best practices, and real-world case studies, we’ll explore how the industry is truly transforming.
Key Themes
Leading Digital Transformation
Digital transformation requires clear leadership, agile thinking, and the ability to navigate constant technological change. Leaders must leverage new tools to boost efficiency and innovation, while addressing risks such as cybersecurity threats and technical debt. Communication, alignment, and a strong culture of continuous learning are essential to ensure success in a changing digital landscape.
Trustworthy AI
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we work, but with great power comes great responsibility. As AI becomes embedded in critical systems, trust is key. This session explores what it means to build AI systems that are transparent, explainable, and robust, designed to support human oversight and sustainable outcomes. We’ll discuss how to ensure responsible development and deployment in high-stakes environments.
The Battle for Data Quality
In the digital energy sector, data is the foundation for safe and effective operations. But data only creates value when it’s trusted, consistent, and secure. This session examines how organizations are building strong data foundations, breaking down silos, and enabling secure, seamless data sharing across business units. Data quality isn’t just a technical issue, it’s a cultural shift that requires stewardship and trust at every level.
The Digital Subsurface
This session offers insight into the digital strategies shaping the subsurface domain, presented by leading players on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Expect real stories from the field, innovation highlights, and reflections on a journey that’s shaping the future of exploration and production. You might even take away a few “golden bits” to inspire your own initiatives.
Remote and Data-Driven Operations
Remote operations and real-time data analysis are revolutionizing energy operations improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability. This part of the program looks at how automation, analytics, and remote monitoring are driving transformation, while also highlighting challenges such as data security and workforce adaptation. Collaboration and responsible innovation will be key to success in this evolving landscape.
Digital Optimization
Digital optimization is where strategy meets execution. From predictive maintenance to intelligent planning, this session focuses on real-world applications that reduce complexity and risk, while delivering measurable performance improvements. It’s about turning potential into progress using data and technology to drive better outcomes.
