Anders Wittemann is an independent E&P strategy and business development consultant with Wittemann E&P Consulting (WEPC) since 2011. Before this Anders was manager of consulting services with Rystad Energy AS, a management consultant with McKinsey and a Petroleum Engineer with Shell International E&P. Anders has an MBA from INSEAD and an M.Eng in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College and NTNU. Anders is an associated oil & gas industry expert with the M&A advisor INFIMA AS and since 2020 a board member of Resoptima AS, the provider of reservoir modelling software.

WEPC works with E&P clients in the North Sea region on an independent basis or in partnership with other consultants. WEPC also publishes its proprietary Norway BD Book to oil companies in Norway.

Reidar B. Bratvold is a Professor of Petroleum Investment and Decision Analysis. He works at the University of Stavanger and at the Norwegian Institute of Technology where he is teaching and supervising graduate students doing research in decision analysis, project valuation, portfolio analysis, real-option valuation and behavioural challenges in decision-making. Prior to academia, he spent 15 years in the industry in various technical and management roles including as Vice President in Landmark Graphics Corporation in Houston, Managing Director of Smedvig Technology Software Solutions (now Roxar), Senior Scientist with IBM, and Reservoir Engineer with Statoil. He spent his early working years as a roughneck and roustabout in the North Sea.

Tina Bru is a member of the Parliament for Rogaland Høyre and has previously been the Minister of Oil and Energy in government from January 2020 until October 2021. In 2005, she joined Unge Høyre and since then has been an active politician in the party and later the parliamentary representative for Rogaland since 2013. From 2016 she was elected Second vice chair of the Energy and Environment Committee and as of 2021 she is now First vice chair in the same committee. She has also been the leader of Høyre's Women's Forum (2016-2020). Bru is educated at the University of Stavanger and BI Business School with a bachelor's degree in Change Management.

Currently Director General of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) with executive responsibilities.

The main aim of the NPD is to contribute to maximising the value of the petroleum activities on the NCS to society. We have additional responsibilities for CO2 storage and marine minerals.

Leader with 25+ years experience from the petroleum industry and 5 years experience from resource management within government administration. Predominant technical and leadership experience within subsurface assessment and drilling operations for exploration and project development. Torbjørn Kjus has 20 years of experience in analysing the global crude and refined products markets. He worked 6 years as an oil analyst and trader in Norsk Hydro in Oslo and BP trading in London before he took up his role as Chief Oil Analyst in DNB Markets in Oslo in 2007. He held this position for 11 years but has since January 2019 worked as Chief Economist in Aker ASA. Torbjørn was by Norwegian institutional investors ranked as the number 1 financial analyst independent of sector when he quit DNB in 2018. For the oil & gas sector Torbjørn was ranked as the number 1 financial analyst the last 4 years he worked for DNB. In a normal year Torbjørn executed 200-250 presentations on the oil market to investors and oil industry all over the world and was frequently quoted in media such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Platts, Wall Street Journal, Houston Chronicle, etc. He regularly briefed the US Treasury in Washington on the global oil market and provided consultations about the market to the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum, to the Norwegian Pension Fund (NBIM) and to the Norwegian Central Bank.

Benedicte Solaas is the director of Climate and environment at Offshore Norway.
She has held various roles in Offshore Norway and worked in Nordland County Council and Brussels. Benedicte has a political science background and a master's degree from England and Russia.

David finished his Master’s in Finance from NHH (Bergen) after a bachelor’s from Bodø/UK. He started his career in The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2010, where he worked across industries and locations, but after a while joined and co-lead the Nordic Energy Practice Area.
First project supporting Det norske as a consultant in 2013. After 7 years in BCG he joined Aker BP to lead the Corporate Controlling Finance team just after the merger between det norske and BP Norway.

David took over as CFO in Aker BP in the beginning of 2019. After the acquisition of Lundin in mid-2022 became responsible for Finance, Strategy, Sustainability, Analysis, Commercial & Sales, M&A, Communication, Legal and Partner-Operated Assets

Harald Magnus Andreassen is Chief Economist in SpareBank 1 Markets in Oslo, and has been working in the financial sector since 1994, in Elcon, First Securities and Swedbank. He holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Oslo.

Ronglan is CEO in Ocean-Power who deliver electricity offshore by use of floating gas power plants with carbon capture and injection. He has 30 years’ experience with operations and project execution within the oil & gas industry. Recently as Project Director in OKEA ASA. Erling studied Marine Technology at NTNU.

Jostein is responsible for planning and strategy for the Northern Lights which deliver CO2 storage and transport as a service to emitters in Europe. His role includes economic analysis in support of customer deal delivery and investment decision, as well as customer management post deal closure. Before joining Northern Lights in November 2022, Jostein gained more than 25 years of experience from Shell and Equinor developing projects and deals encompassing both the energy transition and gas value chain. Jostein studied Industrial Economics at NTNU.

Joachim M. Bjerke is Partner and Head of Tax in Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS. Joachim has more than 20 years of experience and advises on a broad range of issues within corporate taxation, including transfer pricing and petroleum tax. Joachim is cand. jur. from the University of Oslo and has also completed the one-year International Tax Program at Harvard University.

Anna Wathne is a Manager for Low Carbon Solutions at Equinor with over 15 years of experience from the energy sector. She has been holding commercial, operational and managerial project roles throughout her career and is now working with establishing new value chains within the domain of Hydrogen and Carbon Capture and Storage. By focusing on the low carbon economy, Anna has been able to put her Master degrees in Economics and Project Management that she earned at respectively Norwegian school of Economics and University of Sydney to good use.

Haakon Hasli is leading the Application Innovation area in Microsoft Norway. He started his career as a business analyst before taking on the role as a Data & AI Specialist for 5 years, helping Microsoft Norway’s largest enterprise customers achieve more with their data. Haakon holds a MSc in Business with a Major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.

Jonny has worked as CFO in Petoro since 2018. Siviløkonom from the University of Agder and specialization in business analyses from the Norwegian School of Economics. Extensive experience from various positions within E&P Finance, both in Norway and internationally. Previous employment includes EY, ConocoPhillips and Noreco.

Bjarne has more than 25 years’ experience from commodity markets. He has worked with analysis, market modelling, structured deals as well as trading of commodities for large commodity trading companies like Enron Nordic Energy and Cargill in Geneva with primary focus on energy derivatives. He worked as a carbon market analyst for Point Carbon from 2005 to 2008 when the EU carbon market came to life. He has since held the position as Chief Analyst Commodities in SEB covering energy, emissions, metals, agricultural products as well as precious metals. Bjarne has a Master of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Oslo.

Petter Nore is professor at Nord University and Senior Consultant in Norad. He has worked for The Norwegian Ministry of Oil and Energy, the World Bank, Norad where he headed the Oil of Development Program; Saga Petroleum and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affair as chief energy analyst. He has also been Senior Vice President of Hydro and President of Hydro Russia. He holds a PhD in economics.

Atle is Responsible for Technology strategy, IT/digitalization, R&D and Decarbonisaton group at Vår Energi.
