Annual Petroleum Economics Conference 2024

STAVANGER

Welcome to the Annual Petroleum Economics Conference 2024!

29-30 October 2024!
Vella, Stavanger

Welcome to the Annual Petroleum Economics Conference 2024!

Energy from the Norwegian continental shelf continues to play a key role in covering Europe’s energy needs and has become even more important for energy security in Europe. The difficult geopolitical situation persists, leaving its mark on both the petroleum industry and the market.

At the same time the transition towards low carbon solutions continues. Companies are trying to reduce emissions and to find low carbon projects that can become profitable in the future. The need for collaboration and co-existence will only increase as more industries compete for the use of the Norwegian continental shelf. We will look into the ongoing activities in Norway and what the key challenges are going forward.

As always, the Annual Petroleum Economics conference will give you the latest insights to the macro and market environment as well as several other topics relevant to the E&P professional.

The conference is also a great opportunity to network and meet new colleagues.

A very warm Welcome!

On behalf of the organizing committee,

Inger Ubbe

Chair of Program Committee
