Frode Sivertsen Holds a Master of Science degree in Hydrodynamics from NTNU. He has worked a few years in the supplier industry followed by +20years in Equinor mainly within project development, but also Operations and procurement.
Since last year Frode is head of subsea development projects in Vår Energi.

Civil Engineer with 19 years of experience in project management, subsea engineering, pipeline design, offshore installation, and client representation. Experienced in engineering design, construction supervision, and water and sanitation infrastructure.

Øyvind Koldal is a Principal Facility & Project Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Since joining Orlen Upstream Norway in 2019, he has supported both operated and non-operated assets across the Norwegian Continental Shelf. His work spans the full asset lifecycle, from early-phase concept development and project maturation to operational optimization and root cause analysis. With a multidisciplinary engineering background and primary expertise in subsea developments, he focuses on system functionality, value-driven engineering, and robust technical solutions. Øyvind holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU.

Expertise within managing pipeline and riser integrity and interpreting in-line inspection (intelligent pigging) data.

He has been with Subsea 7 for 16 years. Work to date has predominantly been within EPIC projects including supporting tenders for future projects within the business.

Hilde Sandstad has worked almost 25 years in Equinor with projects in various positions. For the last 2 years she has been the SURF manager for both Atlantis and Linnorm & Mistral S. She is educated at NTNU with a Master of Mechanical Engineering and she also has experience as maintenance engineer in Elkem before starting in Equinor

Founder Partner and hydrodynamic specialist at Entail AS. Entail AS is a leading consultancy company on early-phase engineering and development of complex marine structures. The company was founded June 2016 by four specialists in hydrodynamics and marine structures.

30 years of experience in the oil and gas industri. Startet 1996 in Stolt Offshore as project engineer and over to Shell i 2006. As part of the Draugen sale from Shell to OKEA i went over to OKEA in 2018 and been there since. Over the years have several positions in the oil company from Subsea lead, Pipeline engineer, IMR engineer, and currently Principal SURF engineer and TA for pipelines in OKEA. For the Power from Shore project I was OKEA contract holder for the fabrication, installation and delivery of the cable from NKT.

As a Project Manager, I enjoy bringing people together to achieve shared objectives. I focus on building strong teams, encouraging collaboration, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Over the past 12 years, I have managed a variety of projects across different areas and teams. I value a structured approach, openness, and continuous improvement in the way projects are delivered.

Has been with NKT in this specific installation management role since September 2022, with previous engineering and project experience at the company.

Involved in projects covering Marine structures, Dynamic response, Slender structures and Vortex induced vibrations

Nathalie is a Subsea Lead Engineer at TechnipFMC working in the South of France with over 20 years of experience in rigid riser analysis. Recently she was involved in the overall analysis of lazy wave riser system for a major project in Brazil. The subject of her presentation is based on the work conducted during this project.

Ingrid Valeriano is a Pipeline Engineer with more than 20 years of experience including Pipeline Design, Installation, Operations and Integrity Management on both shallow and ultra deep waters field in Brazil. She has been working for Equinor for over 10 years, supporting Operations and Integrity Management for the Brazilian fields. For the last 4 years she has been dedicated to support Raia project leading the engineering of the Gas Export Pipeline.

Malik is a Senior Principal and Chartered Engineer (IMechE, UK) with more than 20 years of international experience across Indonesia, the UK, Australia, Belgium, and Norway. Currently working as a Lead Pipeline Systems in Yggdrasil Project, he brings extensive expertise in onshore and offshore pipeline design, subsea systems, project execution, and field development.

He has been with TechnipFMC Aberdeen for 2 years

Elham is a Principal Engineer at TechnipFMC, she oversaw the Plastic Lined Pipe project scopes on recent projects.

Project manager in Equinor with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Background as hydrographic surveyor with experience from both contractor and operator side. Head of Statoil/Equinor survey department prior to joining Pipeline Repair System Pool (PRSI) in 2010 with project manager responsibilities including five remote hot tap projects.

Principal engineer in Equinor, with more than 15-years of experience in working with offshore pipeline and marine operations.
He has contributed to several key major projects in North Sea, delivering subsea projects safely and efficiently.

Subsea and geotechnical engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in subsea operations, geotechnical engineering, pipelines, and offshore development.

Pipeline engineering specialist with over 20 years of international experience in subsea and pipeline technology, design, and engineering. Currently a Leading Advisor in Pipeline Technology at Equinor, with previous leadership and engineering roles at Wood, Subsea 7, and J. Ray McDermott. Experienced in major offshore projects, pipeline design, FEED, and engineering leadership, with an MS in Ocean Engineering from IIT Madras.

He has a strong track record of solving complex technical challenges, particularly within the offshore oil and gas industry. Experienced in engineering analysis, combining established software, numerical methods, first-principles approaches, and hand calculations to develop practical, reliable solutions.

Subsea engineer with more than 20 years of experience, always looking for how new tools can help to optimize the design. 

Civil/Structural Engineering from Stavanger and Glasgow (1991). Has a wide background from engineering and installation of subsea pipelines, structures and submarine cables.
Was co-founder of IKM Ocean Design in 2005 where he has worked since in various management roles, where focus has been on subsea project work and technical development.
Per has been a part of the NPF Pipelines, Risers and Cables Program Committee for 20 years and Chair for the committee for 12 years.

Experienced pipeline engineering professional with over 25 years in the offshore and subsea industry. Currently Technical Director at IKM Ocean Design, with extensive experience as Chief Engineer and Pipeline Department Manager, as well as senior engineering roles at Reinertsen and JP Kenny. Holds an MSc in Subsea Technology from NTNU and brings deep expertise in pipeline engineering, technical leadership, and subsea technology.

Seasoned Chief Engineer with four and a half decades of experience in the engineering and management of Oil and Gas projects, predominantly related to Pipelines, Risers and Subsea, gained from working for all parts of the industry and from conceptual engineering to offshore installation and commissioning.

Svein Are Løtveit is Senior Advisor – Flexible Pipes at 4Subsea, a company he co-founded in 2007. He holds an M.Sc. in Marine Technology from NTNU. He has more than four decades of offshore industry experience, including positions at DNV, BrasNor and SeaFlex.
Svein Are is one of Norway's most experienced specialists in flexible pipe technology. His work spans design, qualification, verification and integrity assessment on fields such as Veslefrikk, Troll, Åsgard, Kristin, and Goliat. He represents 4Subsea on the API committee for flexible pipe standards (API 17J, 17K and 17B). He also led the Flexible Pipe Corrosion Monitoring research project and co-edited the Handbook on Design and Operation of Flexible Pipe, an international reference for the industry.

Experienced Subsea Integrity Engineer. Skilled in Subsea Integrity, and Materials Science.

Marius began his career 17 years ago in pipeline design and engineering, working mainly on SURF development projects. He joined Aker BP's Subsea Operations team in 2022 and currently serves as the Subsea Technical Authority.

Thomas Johansen works with technology qualification of underwater robotics in Equinor and has background from NTNU working with control of autonomous ships.
