Conference fee:
NPF personal members NOK 8.500,- plus 25% vat
Non-npf-members        NOK 8.900,- plus 25% vat
Students have free access to the conference, however,
payments to be made for lunches and conference dinner.
The fee includes:

– Coffee/tea
– Lunches
– Conference Dinner
– Access to the presentations after end of conference
Payment:

Payment can be done upon registration by credit card (American Express, Master Card, Visa)
If not paid by creditcard you will receive an invoice from Norwegian Petroleum Society (NPF).
Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing by 6th February 2012 and will be subject to a
NOK 1.000,- cancellation fee unless a substitute delegate is offered. After this date, the full registration fee will apply, however, substitutions will still be accepted.  Substitutions for registered delegates may be made at any time, but we would appreciate prior notification.
Conference paper:

Presentations from the conference will be available on Internet after end of conference.  Delegates will be informed when available by e-mail.
Programme changes:

It is sometimes necessary to change timing of the programme.  The conference organiser will not be liable for any such unavoidable changes.
If you receive duplicates of this brochure with different or incorrect addresses, please return the incorrect brochure to NPF, indicating the changes and we will update our records.
Accommodation:

Solstrand Hotel & Bad, Os (near Bergen), Norway
NOK 1.540,- per night (incl. vat) including breakfast, to be paid direct to the hotel.
We can recommend the Bjørnefjorden Gjestetun (close by) at NOK 1.195,- per night (incl. breakfast).

NB: Please note that we do not have any more rooms available at the Solstrand Hotel & Bad, and The Bjørnefjord Gjestetun, however there are still possibility to register for the conference.
