The 14th Conference on Field Reservoir Management 2009
The 14th Conference on Field Reservoir Management
This year conference will focus on applied Field Reservoir Management in large new developments to small marginal fields – all facing the challenge of the reduced oil prize. The conference will show field examples, but also include talks on cutting edge technology. The Keynote Speaker will in addition reflect on the wider perspective of oil and gas resource management in a challenging economic climate. Approximately 20 talks will be given in the conference sessions: “Advanced Modelling”, “Challenging Reservoirs” and “IOR”.
Assisting Director General of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD), Kjell Agnar Dragvik, will hand out the “NPD 2008 IOR Award” to the distinguished winner at the conference.
The Conference Dinner will be held at the restaurant Flor & Fjære, famous for both it’s exotic garden and food. The restaurant is located on a small island called Sør Hidle – a 20 mins boat trip from the Stavanger harbour. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
Regards,
Grete Block Vagle, BP Norge AS
