Ingrid Sølvberg is currently in a transition period between jobs and will take on the role as Executive Vice President for Technology, drilling and subsurface in Vår Energi late December this year. She has spent the previous nine years in the management team of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD), first as Director for the Norwegian- and Barents Sea, then as Director for Development and operations on the NCS and the last 2,5 years as Director General. She started her career in Statoil (now Equinor) in 1995 as a subsea engineer and took on her first management position in 2004.
She spent two years as a special consultant in the CEO´s office under Helge Lund, and thereafter held various management positions in Equinor, including Vice President for Platform technology and marine surveys and Vice President HSE for the company´s mid- and downstream activity. She moved to Centrica in 2012 as commercial- and business improvement manager before going to the NPD in late 2013. Ingrid has been a board member in the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) and the Ship Maneuvering Simulator Center (SMSC). She holds a Master of science degree in Marine technology (1994) from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science (NTNU).

Mathias Dahl Venberget is working as an exploration geologist in Aker BP with focus on the North Sea. After the master’s degree in petroleum geology from NTNU in 2017, he joined Lundin Energy Norway working with petroleum exploration from the Barents Sea to the North Sea on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
In Lundin, Venberget had the opportunity to work along with exploration pioneers such as Hans Chr. Rønnevik, responsible for the discovery of the giant Johan Sverdrup Field.
Venberget started working in Aker BP in 2022 after Lundin and Aker BP merged to become the second largest petroleum company on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Lars Eirik Nicolaisen has been with Rystad Energy since 2008 and is currently deputy-CEO and Senior-Partner, residing in Oslo, Norway. He holds a M.Sc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has wide experience as an advisor in facilitating for strategy processes with stakeholders in the energy industry including energy companies, suppliers and investors/banks. Lars Eirik has a particular foothold in the offshore Oil & Gas industry and hereunder a core client base amongst the offshore drillers. Lars Eirik is a seasoned speaker and represents the firm on a wide array of industrial topics at external events.

Ulf Rosenberg was for 25 years a journalist in Stavanger Aftenblad covering the oil and gas business on the Norwegian Shelf but also internationally. He worked ten years for two different oil companies in Norway, Gaz the France and German VNG as their director for communications, external affairs and stakeholder management.
Now he works as an independent consultant in communication, political and industrial intelligence, stakeholder management and lobbying for several clients in the industry. His largest engagement being manager of the Stavanger region's Energy Capital Project, working closely with industrial and political leaders in the region to position the Stavanger area in the future energy landscape. He is also a sought after speaker and compere at conferences.

Sidsel is a geologist, business woman and company culture builder with a deep passion for science and seeing the potential in people, enabling them to unleash it. She is especially interested in exploration and has started a consultancy company with a virtual organisation consisting of young talents and seasoned experts that now works mostly with CO2 storage. Sidsel is the CEO of ExploCrowd.

25 years employment with Equinor, working mainly in Exploration. Educated as a geologist from Edinburgh and Aberdeen Universities from where he moved straight to Harstad and have not looked back since.

Jan Emblemsvåg is a professor at NTNU in Ålesund, but before that time he has held several top management positions in industry and secondary positions in academia since 2006 (BI, Høyskolen i Ålesund, NTNU, etc.). He has many years of experience as a consultant, speaker and board member/leader. He regularly publishes articles and books in life cycle analysis, energy, risk, finance, lean and some other areas. He received his doctorate at the Georgia Institute of Technology (1999) and his Master of Science (1995). He is also a civil engineer in Mechanical Engineering, construction and production, from The Norwegian Institute of Technology (1994).

Tommy Hansen is a former journalist and editor at The Norwegian Broadcasting Corp. (NRK). He held various positions, amongst Head of Radio Newsroom, Controller Radio 1, Deputy Head of Radio, Chief of Staff and Director Communication & Archives. He joined Offshore Norge in 2015 as Director Communications, Industry Policy & Public Affairs. He is currently senior advisor in Offshore Norge. Tommy Hansen has studies from University of Trondheim and Nordic Journalist Centre in Aarhus, Denmark.

Marius Arion Nilsen is a member of Parlament representing the Progress Party. He is a member of The Standing Committee on Energy and the Environment. Nilsen has a bachelor's degree in energy and electric power engineering, and a master's degree in industrial economics and technology management.

June Snemyr mainly advises clients within the oil- and gas industry, renewables sector as well as actors within alternative energy sources.

June has substantial experience with CCS projects, offshore electrification projects, agreements on third party access to existing infrastructure, oil- and gas related M&A, joint operating agreements, as well as infrastructure matters and product sales agreements. Further, she has a particular focus om new energy related industries, such as development of offshore wind projects, battery production and hydrogen projects.

Ole Christoffer assists with project development, litigation and transactions within the following fields of expertise: Renewable energy and infrastructure, Power intensive industries and Real estate.

In addition, Ole Christoffer has an extensive experience from work within the field of expropriation and environmental law, both in connection with expropriation and appraisal processes and in connection with pollution and environmental issues in general. He has been a research assistant at the University of Oslo, where he wrote his master's thesis in Environmental Law.

Emil Yde Aasen holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and works as a Market Strategy & Insight Manager in Aker Carbon Capture, being responsible for global market insight and related strategy development. He has previously worked in Shell, where he held various roles in engineering, business development and economics, including a two-year secondment to the Northern Lights open-access CO2 transport and storage project.

Amund Vik (b. 1983) was appointed State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy on 14 October 2021.
Mr. Vik has worked for the Norwegian Labor Party since 2010, first as a political adviser in the parliamentary group and then as head of the political department in the party organization. Prior to this, he worked as a consultant in Nordic Energy Research.
Amund Vik has a BA in Political Science and Economics from NTNU and an MSc in Political Science from the University of Oslo.

Sindre Wold has been part of the Balder Future project since the evaluation phase prior to sanction. He has held various management positions in projects since he started his career in 2001. He holds a MSC in economics and business administration from NHH.
