Morten Heir has worked at Aker BP since 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in various technical and leading roles in development and production, both on the Norwegian continental shelf and internationally. Heir has a master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from NTH in Trondheim and an MBA from NHH in Bergen.

Eirik Wærness has been Chief Economist in Equinor since 2013 and has gradually taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, since 2021 heading up Global External Analysis, Group responsible for macroeconomics, energy and commodity market analysis, geopolitics, competitive intelligence, and market policy and regulation. He has held a number of other leadership positions in Equinor, as well as in other private companies and government.
Eirik holds a Cand. Polit. degree in Economics from the University of Bergen, with extra training from US universities and colleges.

Mahnaz Hadizadeh is principal researcher at DNV in the Energy Transition Outlook team. She's responsible for modeling, researching, and presenting a global and regional perspective on the world's energy system until 2050. Prior to joining DNV, she worked as a consultant at firms like EY and Quorom Software, focusing on integrated asset modeling, production optimization, emission reduction, and software development and testing in both the oil and gas industry and sustainability. She has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2008 and holds an Executive MBA in Energy from BI and an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from NTNU.

Linda Nordbø has been the Communication Leader at Gassco since 2021. Prior to Gassco, Linda has 20 years of experience as a communication consultant and media reporter. Linda holds degrees in Political Science and Journalism.

Svein Jakob Liknes has been CEO of OKEA ASA since June 2021.
Liknes has more than 25 years' experience from the oil and offshore industry. He served in Aker Energy both as acting CEO and Head of Operations and has experience as SVP Operations & Asset Development in Aker BP.
Liknes has background from the Norwegian Armed Forces and studied Nautical Science at the University of Stavanger and Haugesund.

Daniel Greiner is educated as Chemical Engineer at University of Bergen, University of Alberta and NTNU. He has 13 years of experience within the oil & gas industry across projects, operations, finance and strategy. Daniel is currently focused on developing the Barents Sea - the key growth area of offshore Norway.

Astrid Hvattum is a technologist with 30 years of experience in different industries and technologies. In energy and sustainability – as a strategic advisor and business developer for both public and private organizations.

Peder Aursand is a data scientist, team leader, and is currently the head of subsurface data science at Aker BP. He hold a PhD in applied mathematics and an MSc in physics. He has worked in data science and computing in academia, applied industrial research and consulting before joining the oil and gas industry in 2018.

Petter Dischington has master’s degrees in geology and technology management, from the University of Houston and NTNU respectively. He has worked for five years at the Norwegian Offshore Directorate (NOD, previously Norwegian Petroleum Directorate), and previously worked as a geophysicist in the seismic industry. At the NOD he is currently coordinating the APA rounds, and has a role in the NOD technology team, where he works with artificial intelligence and machine learning through initiating pilot projects and ensuring the industry has access to data.

Ashley is currently the leader for the Data Science and Analytics delivery department in Equinor’s Subsurface business area, working on data science improvements across the subsurface value chain and for both international and Norwegian assets. She holds a M.S. in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and during her time in Equinor has reskilled into data science. She started with Statoil in Exploration in Houston, Texas in 2015 as a graduate; moved to Stavanger in 2018 and has had roles in data management, data engineering, data analytics and digital product ownership.

Linnea Espevik has a Master of Science within electrical energy engineering from NTNU. She started as a trainee in ABB in 2020, and now has a permanent position as Renewable Solutions Manager. She is currently working with solution development within new segments, such as digitalization, energy storage systems, hydrogen, hybrid systems and offshore wind. Linnea support internal units and customers with visualization, technical solutions, concept development and innovation projects.

Maria Moræus Hanssen has been a non-executive director and investor since 2020. Today she serves on the board of directors of SLB, Kosmos Energy, and Scatec, and she chairs the board of Å Energi and Nasjonalmuseet. Maria started her career as a reservoir engineer in Norsk Hydro in 1991 and worked many years for Norsk Hydro, StatoilHydro (now Equinor), and Aker ASA in various roles. In 2013 she joined ENGIE. First as the Managing Director for ENGIE E&P Norge, before becoming the CEO of ENGIE E&P International working out of Paris. She also served as the CEO of DEA and deputy CEO and COO of Wintershall Dea, working out of Hamburg, before moving back to Norway in December 2019. 
Maria has a degree in petroleum engineering from NTNU and a degree in petroleum economics from IFP-School.
