Alexandra Zaputlyaeva holds a Ph.D. in geoscience and has a diverse background spanning the energy industry, research, and the IT sector. Over the years, she has taken on roles ranging from geologist to business development, consistently focusing on connecting people, technology, and practical solutions.

Most recently, she served as Business Development Manager at the international IT company ROGII, and as CEO of the tech startup Hydrotell.

In her free time, Alexandra volunteers with the local EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers) chapter in Stavanger, where she serves as Vice President and helps shape the agenda for the chapter’s monthly technical events.

Hedvig Moe is a partner at the Norwegian law firm Thommessen, where she heads the firm’s National Security Advisory and Compliance team.

In recent years, she has held key positions at the National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime (Økokrim), focusing primarily on financial crime. She has also held leadership roles within the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), where she developed expertise in areas such as geopolitics, security policy, and foreign intelligence.

Through these and several other roles in the public sector, Hedvig has gained a deep understanding of central and local administration, political processes, and legislative work. This experience provides her with a strong foundation for delivering strategic risk advice to boards and top executives.

Natasja Windom is a 35-year-old Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager at Aker Solutions, where she has spent the past seven years growing her career. Originally from Askøy, Natasja now calls Stavanger home—both personally and professionally.

She began her career as an HVAC Engineer and has since held several key roles, including Quality & HSSE Manager on the Johan Sverdrup project and Department Manager for Reliability & Maintenance. Today, she focuses on attracting and engaging top talent, leveraging her strong technical background and genuine passion for people.

Natasja holds a degree in Production Technology from HVL in Bergen and is deeply committed to building a strong, inclusive workplace culture.

Birgitte Ruud Kosberg is the Head of Sustainability for Scandinavia and Europe at SLB. She began her career as a field engineer in Basra, Iraq, and went on to serve as a well engineer in both Norway and the Middle East. Until 2023, Birgitte led several high-impact drilling and well projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, working closely with major operators.

With deep technical expertise and a global perspective, she now leads SLB’s sustainability strategy across Europe and Scandinavia, focusing on driving meaningful transformation in the energy sector. Her work emphasizes people, long-term value creation, and measurable impact.

Jahn Brusdal Eriksen is a Geoscientist at M Vest Energy, where he serves as the company scout for seismic and well trades and is a member of the Exploration Committee (EC) for licenses. In addition to his role at M Vest Energy, he contributes to the broader geoscience community as a board member of the Norwegian Petroleum Society (NPF), representing young professionals, and as a board member of NPF Bergen.

Jahn holds a BSc in Geology and Geohazards from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) in Sogndal and an MSc in Geoscience from the University of Bergen.

Ivar Kvadsheim has worked with sustainability, climate risk and ESG reporting for the last ten years, first as a consultant and for the last four years as Sustainability Manager in Vår Energi. Prior to that he has a varied background and has amongst other studied sociology and worked as a journalist, and as a consultant within communication, crisis management and risk management in both the public and private sector.

Vår Energi’s ambition is to be an ESG leader in the industry. As Sustainability Manager, Ivar is responsible for the company’s ESG reporting and has a coordinating role for the improvement work within the relevant sustainability issues. The company is “Industry Top Rated” by Morningstar Sustainalytics and has been included in the Oslo Stock Exchange ESG Index.

Ole Christian is the Managing Director of SLB Scandinavia, a role he assumed in January 2025. He is responsible for overseeing all SLB operations across Norway and Denmark.

Before taking on his current position, Ole Christian served as Global Account Director for Equinor and led Sales and Marketing across Scandinavia. Over the course of his career with SLB, which began in 2001 within the Software Integrated Solutions (SIS) division, he has held a variety of international leadership and engineering roles. These include Vice President of SIS for Mexico and Central America, as well as HR Manager for SIS across Europe and Africa.

With over two decades of experience in the energy sector, Ole Christian brings a strong track record of strategic leadership, international collaboration, and deep domain expertise in digital and software solutions for the energy industry.

Laura Victoria Mejia is a Venezuelan-born engineer with a background in Petroleum Engineering and a master’s degree in Project Development. She joined Equinor 19 years ago as a reservoir engineer and has since held various leadership roles across Petroleum Technology and, more recently, Offshore Wind Technology.

Currently, Laura heads Equinor’s Environment function within the Corporate Sustainability team. In this role, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction on environmental topics and ensuring nature is integrated into the company’s overall strategy.

She lives in Oslo with her husband and their 7-year-old son.

Erik Skjelstad is a Senior Business Controller with a solid background in finance and controlling, primarily within the energy sector. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from NTNU Business School in Trondheim and an MSc in Fintech, Risk and Investment Analysis from the University of Sussex in England.

Erik’s experience spans financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. He often acts as a bridge between technical teams and executive decision-makers, ensuring alignment between operational performance and strategic goals. He is passionate about leveraging data to drive better business outcomes and support long-term value creation.

Per Arne heads up Equinor’s M&A and Insights team. Before joining Equinor, he was a journalist, consultant and worked in the public sector. He is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and an INSEAD alumni.

Mathias Schioldborg works as an analyst in the oil and gas team, where he primarily focuses on offshore activity in Norway and the UK. He has been working at Rystad Energy for three years and specializes in data analysis, production forecasting and economic models. Prior to joining Rystad Energy, he holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Bergen, Norway.
