We met at Fornebu 7 – 8 December for a two-day, lunch-to-lunch, deep dive seminar into both the technical, commercial and regulatory aspects of the emerging CCS industry.
Both the International Energy Agency (IEA) and the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) highlight carbon capture and storage as a necessity to reach the goal of the Paris Agreement. With the recent push to enable global net zero the carbon capture industry is booming, with projects, new companies and collaborations being announced almost on a weekly basis!
Two days filled with interesting topics, mingling in the breaks and a great conference dinner, makes us looking forward to next years conference!
