Linn Katrine Høie is Commercial Director in OpenHorizon and currently works with digital platforms for Threat Intel. She holds a masters degree in Societal Safety, and has held various positions within the software industry and oil & gas industry. One of her previous roles was Managing Director in Petrolia Noco from 2019-2022.

Hans-Kristian Ringkjøb works as a Principal Market Analyst within Global External Analysis in Equinor. He is part of the modelling team behind Energy Perspectives, developing scenarios for the global energy future. Hans-Kristian is an engineer by education and holds a PhD in energy systems modelling.

Niels Erik is Assistant Director for License Management in the Norwegian Sea at the Norwegian Offshore Directorate (NOD). At NOD Niels Erik is working with all phases of license management from award thru development, operations and finally decommissioning.

He has a Master of Science degree in materials technology from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology - NTNU and in Business administration from the Norwegian Business School, BI. Niels Erik has more than 25 years industry experience. Prior to joining NOD, he worked mainly with operations, procurement, and projects in Norsk Hydro, Subsea 7 and Equinor.

Lars Høier is heading the Yggdrasil development in Aker BP and is member of the Executive Management Committee in Aker BP. Høier has been SVP and Asset Manager for Yggdrasil (formely NOAKA) since August 2020. He joined Aker BP in 2019 as VP for Concept Development and Technology.

Høier has more than 20 years of experience from Equinor, with positions as SVP for R&D, as well as production director for several assets, including the Troll field.

Høier holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University in Oslo and a PhD in Petroleum technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Torger Rød is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Vår Energi. Mr. Rød joined the company in June 2021, as CEO, and was responsible for listing the company at the Oslo Stock exchange as well as the Neptune acquisition. He took the position as COO in September 2023.

Previously, he was with Equinor for 23 years (including 11 years in executive positions), both in Norway and internationally. Most recently, he served as SVP and Head of Corporate Safety and Security, and prior to that role, he was SVP and Head of Project Development. In this role he spearheaded major project developments in Norway and globally, including renewables and low carbon project deliveries and value creation.

Mr. Rød holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.

Trond Bokn has worked for Equinor since 1994. He is currently Head of Project Development, accountable for all project development deliveries in Equinor spanning from early phase, including execution up until start-up of operations.

Previously he has held several leadership positions within the project development area, including project director Johan Sverdrup, project director Valemon, Project manager Gjøa, positions within early phase development, subsea and pipeline projects and responsible for the international & renewable project portfolio.

Trond holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Bjørnar Hermann brings 18 years of experience in the Subsea industry, having held various technical leadership roles before his journey extended into Business Development and Strategy. More recently, he spearheaded the development and enhancements of TechnipFMC’s Subsea Production System platform for the Norwegian Continental Shelf, addressing both greenfield and tie-back markets. He is passionate about innovation and technology, with a mind of finding new ways to further enhance and unlock new potential for Subsea.

Bjørnar Herman holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and an MS degree in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Tanja Blekastad currently serves as Vice President within project management in Equinor, with extensive experience from various field development projects within project management. Her previous position was Project Director for the Njord Field development. Before entering into projects, she had various positions within geology and petroleum technology in field production and development in Equinor, including Norsk Hydro and Saga Petroleum. Tanja Blekastad has a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Kristin Høines Helgesen Currently work as Project Manager in Projects in Aker BP. She works for Concept Development which develop projects from project entry (DG0) to Concept Select. Kristin Høines Helgesen hold a master in Offshore Technology from University of Stavanger. 16 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, working for both contractor and operator company. She has worked for Aker BP since 2018.

Ketil Rongved is Vice President Field Life Extension (FLX) Projects in Equinor and responsible for all projects in the FLX portfolio, covering the fields Statfjord, Gina Krog and Eirin and all Equinor operated decommisioning projects on NCS. His previous experience is as Project Director Peregrino Phase 2 and STEP program to ensure cost efficiency in large and mega projects. Ketil Rongved has also been project director for various large projects, responsible for SSI in Equinor and has had several roles in Material Technology.

Helga Stangeland joined Vår Energi in March 2022. She is Ccurrently working as project manager for Balder Phase VI – an early phase project. Heøga Stangeland has 15 years of experience within project development nationally and internationally in Total and Equinor before joining Vår Energi.

Kristian Bay Næss is responsible for developing the operating model and operations organisation for the Yggdrasil development. He holds a MsC from NTNU and has almost 20 years of experience from various roles onshore and offshore in operation from BP and AkerBP.

Tormod Huseby is leading the Power from Shore project in the Yggdrasil development in Aker BP. He has been working for Aker BP since 2018. Huseby has extensive experience from the oil and gas industry in management positions in projects and line organization.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Gudmundur Kristjansson holds a Master's degree in Process Technology from the University of Bergen. He joined Gassco in 2009 and has primarily worked within the technology domain, holding management positions in Research and Development, as well as Information and Communications Technology. In 2022, Gudmundur Kristjansson transitioned to a role in Business Development at Gassco, focusing on the development of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and Hydrogen (H2) value chains.

Stian Ødegaard holds a master’s degree from NTNU in mechanical engineering and graduated in 2003. Stian started his career in Kvaerner Oilfield Products in 2003 and worked in Aker Solutions for 15 years. He joined Aker BP in 2018, as technology manager focusing on new technology that would enable unmanned operations of future oil and gas installations.

He moved into the Aker BP concept development department in 2019 and soon after took the role as Concept Development Manager (CDM) for the Skarv Area. In 2023 he entered his current role as CDM for CCS with the responsibilities of all field development activities before DG0 (project framing) to DG2 (Concept Selection and initiation).

Stian is married and has three children. He lives in the Oslo area and works for Aker BP in the position as Concept Development Manager for CCS and Project Manager for the Poseidon Project.

With over 14 years of experience in process industry, Shamim Haider is currently serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert in CCUS & H2 in Aker Solutions. He has Ph.D. in CCS technology scale-up and throughout my career. Samim Haider had the privilege of contributing his expertise in driving innovation and sustainable practices within the CCUS industry. His professional focus centers on CCS technology assessment to find the right solutions for clients.

Ivar M. Stapnes, Low Carbon Solutions Network Manager for Project Development in Equinor is responsible for early phase shaping of the carbon storage and hydrogen project portfolio in Equinor, from the project planning and execution perspective. He has been with Statoil since 2006 in different positions within project development.

Ivar Stapnes has been the Project Manager for the Kvitebjørn Compression project, the Valemon Field Development project, the Utsira High Power Hub project and the Field Centre Concept Solution in the Johan Sverdrup Field Development project. After that he was head of Engineering & Construction, head of Engineering and head of Project Development Centre in Equinor.

After graduation in 1990 from the University of Trondheim with Master of Science in Marine Technology and up till joining Statoil in 2006, worked for Kvaerner, Total, Aker, ExxonMobil and Petoro, most of the time in Stavanger but with a period as expat for Total in France and Indonesia. His main responsibilities has been within business development, project development and negotiations.

Atle Svandal is an innovative Concept Architect within Early Phase project development in Equinor. I have been driving a digital initiative in field development since 2019, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration. Educated as PhD in Physics at the University of Bergen.

Tom Savels co-founded WhiteSpace Solutions, bringing a PhD in physics and years of engineering experience from Shell. His focus at WhiteSpace is on creating AI tools that improve decision-making in various industries.

Lars Drage has more than 30 years of E&P experience with Esso, BG and more than 10 years with OMV where he has held various roles in Norway and abroad. He has a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tronheim and MBA from University of Colorado. Lars Drage is the Project Director for the Berling development since 2021.

Aud Lisbeth Hove has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas business with Saga Petroleum, Norsk Hydro and Statoil/Equinor. She has worked most of the time with projects in early phase or execution, but also appr. 5 years from operations working as Offshore installation Manager with Norsk Hydro.

Her current position is Project Director for the Rosebank Development project, and she has held this position since Equinor took over 40% ownership and the operatorship from Chevron in 2019. Her previous position was as Project Manger for Utility and Living Quarter platform in the Johan Sverdrup project. Aud Lisbeth has a master in Chemical engineering from NTH 1984.

Hilde Reme's current job is PD for the Breidablikk project. She have a Dr. scient in applied mathematics from University in Bergen. Hilde Reme joined Norsk Hydro in 2001 where she started on the research centre and continued to work as a reservoir engineer at the Osberg area and in Field development projects. In 2013 I joined the project organisation where I stared to work as a project manager.

Leading multi-disciplinary team with 1st line technical support to Operated Installations and subsea fields to 3rd party Installations, technical support to non-operated assets in Neptune Portfolio. Background: MSc in Chemistry.

Knut Edmund Haugen is educated at Norwegian University of Technology and Science, Mechanical Engineering, 1990. He worked for some 12 years in VNG/Neptune with development of subsea oil and gas fields. Worked as technical manager for the Fenja field development for more than 10 years, from licence award to production start-up. Knut Edmund Haugen has worked in the oil & gas industry for more than 30 years within R&D, supplier industry and operator company.

Vegard Bruaset is in charge of Vår Energi’s Barents Sea activities. The Barents Sea is a core growth region for the company and an area where we will see significantly increased exploration and development activities forward. His education is Geologist (Cand. Scient). Vegard Bruaset has 26 years with various E&P companies, in Vår Energi since 2022.
