Host and Moderator for Day 1

Frank Larsen is Managing Director of IHS Global A/S, which is S&P Global’s Norwegian subsidiary. He is also Director for Research & Analysis within the Cost & Supply Chain group. The Cost & Supply Chain group provides market segment reports for various segments within the upstream O&G and renewable business, with focus on supply, demand, and cost development. It also provides supplier/contractor profiles for ~100 contractors/suppliers.

Mr. Larsen worked 12 years for Aker Solutions' subsea division prior to joining S&P Global, where he held various positions. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy and an M.Sc within oil and gas from Oslo's College of Engineering and University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Ole Gunnar Austvik is professor at University of Inland Norway, specialized in political economy and petroleum economics. Institutional affiliations include the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), BI Norwegian Business School, Statistics Norway, and John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. By education he holds a master in economics (cand.oecon) and a PhD in political science from University of Oslo, as well as a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School. Professor Austvik is the author of numerous articles and books regarding energy economics and policy, international political economy, European integration. Latest publication: "Norway in the Geopolitics of Energy" (March 2025).

Fredrik Møller joined Vår Energi from the Neptune Energy acquisition in May 2024 and is heading the Gjøa Subsea Projects development. He has more than 20 years’ experience in manging subsea projects from front-end to execution phases in both Operator and Contractor organizations. Møller holds a Master degree in Marine Structures from NTNU and a Master of Technology Management from NTNU and NHH.

Gry Anette Haga holds a Bachelor with Honours in Civil Engineering at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow (siv ing. grad) and a Bachelor from University of Bergen (Aqua- and Environmental Technology). She have since 1998 worked within oil&gas for both contractors (Aker for 9 years) and operators such as Equinor, WintershallDea and OKEA ASA. Over the past 15 years, I have held vaious leadership roles in integrity management, project management and offshore positions (such as Safety lead and Planned Maintenance lead). Currently.

Haga hold the position as Vice President Modifications and Decommissioning in OKEA and is also the location manager in the Bergen office (plassjef). Since 2007, I have specialized in working with mature fields, and love the challenges that comes with them (such as extending their lifetime, securing high regularity etc).

Rikke tittel is educated from NTNU, Master of Science in Marine Technology in 1999. I have worked 25 years in the O&G industry with experience from both Contractor and Company side. Experience from engineering, tendering, procurement, sales and marketing as well as project management.

Ola Hjøllo si the Project Director for the Johan Castberg project with experience lead positions in subsea projects, offshore facility projects and control systems. He has led various initiatives, includingthe IS part of the Statoil and Hydro merger, new Statoil office at Fornebu. His education is Master of Science in Information Science, University of Pittsburgh.

Terje Børseth has nearly 30 years in National Oilwell Varco where he the last years held the position Project Director Eastern Hemisphere. He has Extensive international experience within oil and gas industries, where he also have had a 3 years assignment in Houston TX. Børseth holds a degree within Electrical Power Engineering from Haugesund Maritime Technical School

Knut Mathias Vestbø has a master degree in Engineering. His has his work experience from Oil and Gas business mainly towards Onshore plants and project development but last years as Project Director for CO2 Transport and Storage projects

Alexander Güntert, Project Manager for Strategic Development at BW Offshore, brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to his current role, he served as Asset Manager for BW Offshore's FPSOs in Brazil and Africa. Alexander began his career as a Naval Architect at Petrobras, where he later became a Project Manager. Throughout his career, he has taken on key roles in operations and project execution, gaining extensive expertise in offshore production.

Jon Lereim has a background from both the academia and the industry. The academia track consists of having held a professorship in marine structures at NTNU, part time professorship at Norwegian Business School BI in project management, quality management, contract & risk management, Associate Dean for the International Executive Master of Management in Energy at BI, visiting professorship at Nanyang

Richard Torrens is the Head of Product for Digital Field Development Planning at SLB. He has 24 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry as a leader in Integrated Asset Modelling. Richard spent the first decade of his career developing integrated modelling simulation software solutions. He then served as an advisor on numerous Field Development projects in the Middle East. For the past six years, Richard has spearheaded the strategy for Digital Field Development Planning, culminating in the release of the FDPlan solution in 2019. Richard holds a PhD in fluid flow in porous media.
